I am here sitting in the car… that is Thomas up there… what’s is he doing you may ask… well you see that is a brand new set of 
traffic lights up there… used to be a round-a-bout… now I don’t get why this is so interesting… more interesting than the things I think are interesting… but my role as his Mum and his ‘leader’ is not to judge what he thinks is interesting and have him conform to my ‘normal’ but instead trust that he is seeing something we are missing and in checking in on whatever this is… well that is what he needs and he gets. Let me give him a stage to stand out on, not make him blend in. #inclusion #diversity
